The concept of the One Spa is focused around the opulence and pure indulgence of the modern spa style that is based on old and traditional spa therapies of Arabia. Not just a retreat from outside world, the One Spa is more about therapies for the body, mind, and soul.
As a day spa, The One Spa offers therapies and treatments like Moroccan bath, aromatherapy, specialized massages, slimming sessions, organic facials, men grooming, and much more. All ingredients used are of the freshest and highest quality to ensure a luxurious experience rich in nutrients, scents and benefits.
The One Spa was introduced in the Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates servicing prestigious customer of different nationalities. We want to deliver an extraordinary 5-star service with the average prices. By that we want to be the most dominant day spa in Abu Dhabi. To be a one stop shop for all wellness, beauty and grooming… Slogan; “men deserves special treatment too”.

Typical location size of The One Spa ranges from 80 m2 to 350 m2.
The initial investment for an individual The One Spa ranges from AED 936,600 to AED 1,984,300 (AED 1,460,450 on average) this includes Franchise Fee, Training, Working Capital, Rental for 6 months and others.
The One Spa Management should provide guidelines for undertaking local promotional activities. Any deviation from these guidelines will require prior approval from The One Spa Management. The required local advertising expenditure will be ten (10) percent, nine (09) percent and eight (08) percent of gross sales for Year 1, Year 2 and Yeas 3 onward respectively.
The One Spa have developed a comprehensive support program for the franchisees to support them from the site selection to fully operational unit. Support Program includes, but not limited to below:
- Operational Support
- Site Selection
- Marketing Support
- Purchasing
- Franchise Sales
- Accounting/Audit/Legal
- Ongoing Research and Development
- Overall Program Oversight
A. Franchise Fee for a Startup Franchise (Individual) is AED 300,000
The Franchise Fee schedule for an Area Development:

The continuing services, or “royalty fee,” is 5% of your gross sales and is paid monthly.
Each Franchisee will have exclusive territory and The One Spa will not open any more unit in such territory. Territory covers around 15km radius, depending on the locality of any unit
Days of initial training:
Phase I – 14 days at The One Spa training center for Franchise Owners and Operations Manager
Phase II – 24 days On-site training
Term of the franchise agreement is 25 years with renewal at every 5 years.
