The Oriental bath we provide is distinguished by the ingredients used, special rituals, and the modern technologies used in the bath.
Leefa’s, perfumed water, royal ghassoul, cold water, scented steam, Oud and Musk scrubs, rest area, and face masks are all different parts and components of our Oriental Bath.
Starting with the automated dispersion of aromatic steam which stimulates blood circulation, and along with the heat becomes effective in cleaning and purifying and body when sweating. The scrubbing afterward removes all dead skin and prepares the body to receive the nutrients it needs. Different remedies and products are then applied to the body depending on the bath types and individual needs. The washing with cool water afterward further stimulates blood circulation and refreshes the body. Finally, resting at our rest area with our special drinks will help restore the lost water.
Different bath treatments are there for different outcomes, and each are designed with special ingredients and steps. Two main methods are available for every bath – the Moroccan and Turkish with exception to the Emirati Bath which have its unique method.

الليفة والمياه العطرية والغسول الملكي والطين والمياه الباردة والبخار المعطر وفرك الجسم بالعود والمسك وماسكات الوجه، كل ما سبق هي مكونات ومراحل حمَّامنا الشرقي المتعدد.
يبدأ الحمَّام بتعريض الجسم للبخار المعطر والذي يحفز الدورة الدموية، حيث يصبح بالترافق مع الحرارة فعال في تنظيف وتنقية الجسم من السموم عن طريق التعرق. إن فرك الجسم بعد تعريضه للبخار والحرارة يزيل جميع خلايا البشرة الميتة ويهيئ الجسم لتلقي المواد المغذية التي يحتاج. يُطبق بعدها على الجسم مختلف العلاجات والمواد حسب نوع الحمام. إن غسل الجسم بالمياه الباردة بعد ذلك ينعشه ويحفز الدورة الدموية بصورة أكبر. وأخيراً، الاسترخاء في صالة الاستراحة والاستمتاع بشرابك الخاص سيساعدك في تعويض نقص المياه من الجسم.
يتوفر العديد من أنواع العلاجات بالحمَّام الشرقي والتي تختلف باختلاف الغاية المرجوة منها، وكل نوعٍ مصممٌ بمكونات ومراحل تختص به. لكل أنواع الحمامات المتوفرة يمكن اختيار طريقة الحمام المغربي أو الحمام التركي ما عدا الحمام الإماراتي الذي ينفرد بطريقته الخاصة

Traditional Bath
الحمَّام الأساسي

Choose between Traditional regular Moroccan Bath or Turkish Bath.
The Moroccan Bath will start with applying the Moroccan ghassoul to the entire body then turn on the steam for 15 minutes. After that, the body will be washed and Leefa scrubbed to all parts of the body. Hair and face mask will be applied and then shower the body.
The Turkish bath will start directly with the steam for 15 minutes. After that, the body will be washed and Leefa applied thoroughly. Then, Turksih soap will be applied leaving a foam bath on the body. Hair mask will be applied. Bath concluded with shower.
This bath will help eliminating all toxins and odor from the body. At the same time, will keep it healthy and radiant.
اختار بين الحمام الأساسي المغربي أو الحمام التركي.
الحمام المغربي يبدأ بفرك الجسم بالصابون المغربي وثم يترك في البخار مدة 15 دقيقة. يتم بعدها غسل الجسم وثم الفرك بالليفة لكامل أجزاء االجسم. بعدها يغسل الجسم مرة أخرى ويغسل بالصابون مع ماسك للشعر والوجه.
الحمام التركي يبدأ بالبخار لمدة 15 دقيقة ومن ثم غسل الجسم وفركة بالليفة. يتم بعدها غسل الجسم مرة اخرى وفركة بالصابون التركي مع طبقة رغوة تغطي الجسم كامل. تترك الرغوة مع وضع ماسك مرطب للشعر.
يساعد هذا الحمام في تنقية وتنظيف البشرة ويخلصها من السموم والروائح للحصول على جسم صحي وبشرة نظرة.
The One Majestic Bath

This bath combines the steps of Bath with Salts with additional steps and more time.
A unique herbs paste will be mixed on spot and will be applied to the body with extra time under the steam.
يجمع هذا الحمام جميع خطوات حمام الأملاح إضافة خطوات مهمة ومع وقت أطول.
يضاف خلطة أعشاب يتم فركها على الجسم مع وقت إضافي في البخار لترك نتائج أفضل وبشرة أجمل
Emirati Bath
الحمام الاماراتي

Exclusive at The One Spa, this signature bath is a complete new experience that combines oriental bath rituals with Emirati traditional remedies.
Starts with oud infused steam followed by scrubbing of the body by special therapeutic pebble with leefa. Then, body is washed and 3 herbal pastes will be prepared and applied for the hair, face, and body. Another session under the steam with the whole body covered by herbal paste. Finally, the body will be washed by rose water.
This experience will be concluded by special Emirati traditional drink and oud incense.
الحمام الإماراتي تجربة جديدة واستثنائية تدمج بين الحمام الشرقي والأعشاب الإماراتية التقليدية.
يبدأ الحمام باسترخاء تحت بالبخار الحار الممزوج بدهن العود. ثم يتم فرك الجسم بالليفة والحجر الأبيض. بعدها يتم تحضير ثلاث خلطات للشعر والوجه والجسم يتم وضعها على التوالي. يتم مع الخلطات الجلوس تحت البخار مرة أخرى لكسب العناصر من الخلطات وتركيز الرائحة الجميلة على الجسم. يتم بعد ذلك بغسل الجسم بماء الورد البارد.
تختتمم هذه التجربة في غرفة الاستراحة بكوب من الشاي التقليدي والبخور.
Bath with Musk
