Pricing:
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that the pricing and services are correct, sometimes pricing and services may change.

Services:
We will gladly adjust any service you receive within one weeks of the original visit. Please call as soon possible to reschedule.

Products:
We will exchange any hair care product within one weeks of purchase. Any massage, bath, and skincare oil may be returned within one weeks only if unused and in new condition.

Gift Cards:

No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. The One Spa cards may be transferred to another Spa franchise but recipient.Card must be presented for redemption.

Cancellation policy:

A minimum of 24-hour advance notice is requested for any cancellation of services.

Credit Card or Receipt is required to reserve appointments after the purchase of the The One Spa Services.
